Who needs this course?
This course is for teams, but we encourage individual employees to enroll and use the information to analyze their jobs and recognize leadership traits and qualities in safety. You will learn how job hazard analysis offers guidelines to help teams conduct unified step-by-step safety programs.

We review these topics based on known Warrior Leadership development.
The course work pulls examples of the Warrior Leader from U.S. Army Filed Manual Developing Leaders. Learn Safety through the leadership values of FM 6-22 last approved by Theodore D. Martin, Lieutenant General, United States Army.

Students receive a Department of Labor OSHA 30-hour course completion card and Certificate of completion by MAK-TAC on Leadership Development for Safety Professionals at the end of the training.
