Mackey Terminal Audit Compliance (MAC-TAC) started in 2009 servicing transportation companies, Warehouses, and Manufacturing Industry geared around CCR Title 13 compliance, OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 safety-focused training, and EPA Compliance for Heavy Duty Equipment. The training and compliance audits were developed from 25 years of experience and training with the United States Army Reserves and Commercial Industry. Enlisting in the Army in 1986 as a Private First Class (63W) and earning the rank of Chief Warrant Officer as a Technical Specialist for Industry and U.S. Army he held positions as Distribution Center Maintenance Manager, Logistics Planner, and Compliance Officer. Currently Wayne has started a new entity Mackey Training Advising Compliance, LLC.
The specialized training and services MAK-TAC provides are geared around Hazard Assessment OSHA 3071 based on the military training model Composite Risk Management; evaluations of individual operating procedures with tailored training to meet compliance.
