Course Description
This course covers OSHA Fall Protection Standards for Construction and provides an overview of fall protection methods. Course topics include principles of fall protection, components and limitations of fall arrest systems, and OSHA Standards and policies regarding fall protection.
Upon course completion, students can assess compliance with the OSHA Fall Protection Standard, evaluate installed passive and fall arrest systems, and develop and implement fall protection plans. Students will participate in workshops demonstrating the inspection and use of fall protection equipment, training requirements, and creating a fall protection program.
Who Should Attend
Individuals responsible for overseeing safety in construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Maritime, and general industry industries.

In Person Class This course provides training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, prevention, and abatement of safety and health hazards in the construction industry. This program also provides information regarding workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.
Who Should Attend
People working safely in construction industry.

Students receive a Department of Labor OSHA 10-hour course completion card and Certificate of completion by MAK-TAC at the end of the training.
In Person Class, This course provides training for workers and employers on recognizing, avoiding, preventing, and ablating safety and health hazards in the construction industry. This program also provides information regarding workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. This course is more appropriate for supervisors or workers with some safety responsibilities.

Individuals are responsible for working safely in industries such as Construction.
